The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to take appropriate action against the Trustees of the respondent No.7-Trust.

We find that the authorities under the Maharashtra Public Trust Act are competent to look into the matters with regard to disputes in the Trust, including the illegal act committed by the Trustees.

We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as available in law.
