The above applications are for condonation of delay. Heard the counsel for applicant and also the counsel appearing for official liquidator and also considered the applications and the affidavits in support thereof. For reasons mentioned therein, delay in each application is condoned. The Official Liquidator to take the affidavit of proof of debt on record and dispose the same in accordance with law. Each of the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- as cost to the official liquidator and this amount to be paid within two weeks from today.
