Mr.Vishal Phal i/by Sonawane Sunita for respondent. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 5.1.2018 P.C.:- Ms.Bhakti Sutar appearing for petitioner confirms that the cheque for Rs.8,00,000/- that was handed over on 22.12.2017 has been honoured. Ms.Sutar further states that in view thereof, petitioner is accepting the offer to settle the balance amount of Rs.16,00,000/- as per the installments recorded in the order dated 22.12.2017. In view thereof, the following order is passed :-
ORDER
(a) The undertaking of the respondent made through Mr.Venkata Ramana Rao Prabhala, Managing director of the company who is present in court and is also identified by Mr.Phal for respondent, that respondent-company will pay the balance amount of Rs.16,00,000/- in 3 KJ
2/2 CP507.15-4 installments of Rs.5,00,000/-, Rs.5,00,000/- and Rs.6,00,000/- on 25.1.2018, 25.2.2018 and 25.3.2018, respectively, with interest thereon at the rate of 8% p.a. which amount will be paid along with the last cheque of Rs.6,00,000/-, is accepted and is so ordered; (b) Petition accordingly, stands disposed with liberty to apply for revival of the petition in case of any default. Ms.Sutar further states that though the petition was admitted, petitioner has not advertised the petition. Mr.Phal also confirms the same. In view thereof, disposal of this petition need not be advertised.
