On the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, we permit the Petitioners to amend the Chamber Summons to add the then Chief AKN 1/2

2/2 41.wp.2283.2017.doc Executive Officer in his personal name and capacity as party Respondent. Amendment to be carried out within four days. 2.

The Chamber Summons is taken out to amend the Petition. Since the Petition is at the pre-admission stage, keeping all the contentions of the Respondents open, we allow the Chamber Summons. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the Petition be served upon the Respondents.

Upon amendment being carried out, issue notice to newly added Respondent returnable on 30th July, 2019.

Reply, if any, to the amended Petitions to be filed before 30th July, 2019.

The Chamber Summons to stand disposed of.
