Learned AGP on instructions submits that the 3/5
Inspector General of Registration and Controller of Stamps - respondent No.2 has passed an order dated 23/03/2018 for release of the amount. He submits that in terms of the said order dated 23/03/2018, the applicant's amount may be released on applicant's completing the necessary formalities. 2.
Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants will attend the office of the Collector of Stamps, Mumbai City on 07/04/2018 at 12.30 p.m. for completion of the necessary formalities. Learned AGP submits that office of the Collector, Stamps will fully co-operate the applicants for getting the requisite formalities completed. On completion of the said formalities further steps will be taken by the office of the Collector, Stamps so that the amount can be released by the concerned Pay and Accounts Officer, Mumbai. The concerned Pay and Accounts Officer, Mumbai is expected to make payment as expeditiously as possible but not later than 4 weeks from the date of receipt of documents by the office of the Collector, Stamps.
