The Petition is by an individual. He is a member of the Society represented by Mr Narula, the petitioner in a separate Writ Petition (L) No. 19339 of 2022. The present individual Petitioner complains of many illegalities. His Petition was filed before that of the Society and it challenges an earlier order. The Petition has not only worked itself out, but we do not see why, once the Society itself is before us, we should allow multiplicity of proceedings by entertaining an individual Petitioner.
