Mr. Vora confirms, on the basis of an Affidavit filed by the Petitioner, that she has received Letters of Administration. She has then executed a Deed of Transfer dated 6th October 2016 in respect of Plot No. 72-A, Village Kandivali, Taluka Borivali at Kandivali Cooperative Industrial Estate, Charkop, Kandivali (West), Mumbai 400 067. This Transfer Deed is registered. She has assigned her right, title and interest in this Plot to Markss Infotech Limited. Markss Infotech Limited had obtained a loan from Aditya Birla Finance Limited. In turn, Aditya Birla Finance Limited has now paid the entire outstanding amount of New India Co-operative Bank Ltd taken by the Petitioner's late husband. That loan is fully 20th December 2016

921-JOT111-16.DOC discharged and a No Dues Certificate has been issued. I am shown a copy of the No Dues Certificate issued by the New India Cooperative Bank Limited on 20th December 2016 signed by Ms. Rohini Singh, Chief Manger, Kandivali Branch. This notes that the outstanding balance stands at nil. A copy of the No Dues Certificate is annexed to the Affidavit. The Affidavit is taken on file. 2.
