The Application is in respect of an immovable property, being land and structure at C/1-710 of about 223 square metres of revenue survey No. 29/p, situated in GIDC, Taluka Umbergaon, Sarigam, District Valsad, Vapi 396 155. The Applicant states that the lessor of this property is GIDC. It was first leased to the Company, which in turn leased it to one M/s. Sunrise Capacitor Corporation, and which in turn further let it to the present Applicant. Copies of the relevant documents are annexed to the Affidavit in Support. In any event, it is clear that the property is not

946-CAL744-15.DOC an asset of the Company and does not belong to the Company. The Liquidator has taken only symbolic possession. 2.

The Company Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). There will be no order as to costs. 3.

It is clarified that this property is no longer within the legal custody of the Official Liquidator. If the Official Liquidator has put his board on this property or any part of it, the Applicant is at liberty to remove it.
