Writ Petition has been dismissed for non removal of the office objections under Rule 986 of High Court (O.S.) Rules. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly notice of motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d). We grant time of three weeks to the applicant to remove office objections. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
