By the above Application, the Applicant seeks the following reliefs :

"(a) Direct the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Hon'ble Court to disburse the amount of Rs.9,17,325/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Five) deposited by the Respondent Company viz. Pan India Infraprojects Private Limited (Formerly, Essel Sports

Nitin 2 / 2 977-CA-50-2015 Private Limited) vide the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 29th June, 2012 in Company Petition No. 12 of 2012 to the Applicant / Petitioner directly vide wire transfer / remittance to the Applicant / Petitioner's bank account : Bank Commonwealth Bank of Australia BSB Number / Branch Number 062-150 Account Number 10284084 SWIFT / BIC Code CTBAAU25 or any other mode / method expedient for the disbursal of the amount deposited by the Respondent directly to the Applicant". 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent on instructions states that he has no objection if the relief sought in prayer clause (a) is granted to the Applicant. In view thereof, the above Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) mentioned hereinabove.
