Since the statutory notice dated 11th October, 2012 is not served at the registered office address of the Company at 154, Panorama Towers, Lokhandwala, Cross Road No. 4, Andheri (West), Mumbai but is served at the Parel and New Delhi addresses of the Company, the Petition is not accepted and is dismissed. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to issue a fresh statutory notice at the registered office address of the Company and thereafter file appropriate proceedings including winding up Petition if so advised.
