P.C. :- This Notice of Motion has been filed by the applicant (original defendant No.3) seeking a direction to the plaintiff to give inspection of documents referred to and relied upon by the plaintiff in the suit and to furnish copies thereof. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the plaintiff has fairly stated that the plaintiff 1/2 901-nms-1508-19.doc

has no objection in giving the aforesaid inspection. In these circumstances, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Plaintiff to give inspection of documents referred to and relied upon by the Plaintiff in the present Suit to defendant No.3, and furnish copies thereof.

The Advocate for the plaintiff shall give inspection of documents referred to and relied upon by the plaintiff in the suit to the Advocate for defendant No.3 on a mutual agreed date and time. 3.

The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
