The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the employees of the Corporation are taking such steps that the petitioners are under serious apprehension that Corporation will remove the petitioners - Licensed Hawkers from the subject place.

The learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that they have not yet initiated any procedure for taking action against the petitioners, who claim to be Licensed Hawkers.

Without entering in to the merits, we observe and direct that in case the Corporation decides to take any action against the petitioners - Hawkers then the same be done in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, petition is disposed of.
