On 5th April, 2017 it was noticed that the petitioner though claiming to be the adopted son of the deceased, there was nothing on record to show that the petitioner was adopted by the deceased. The counsel for the petitioner stated that he will file further affidavit. No further affidavit is filed.

Therefore, petition is dismissed.
