Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to
4. Under the order dated 1st September 2015 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, the petition is rejected for non removal of the office objections in accordance with Rule 986 of the High Court Original Side Rules.
In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, a case is made out for restoration. Hence, Notice of Motion is made absolute in
nmwl655 terms of prayer clause (a).
We grant time of four weeks from today to the petitioners to remove all office objections. If all office objections are not removed within stipulated time, the petition shall stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court. If office objections are removed within stipulated time, the petition shall be listed on the date fixed as per the CMIS. Ad-interim relief granted on 18th June 2015 is hereby restored which shall continue to operate for a period of six weeks from today. Till the stage of admission hearing, requirement of filing the translation is dispensed with.
