9-NMA-922-18.doc filed under Section 130 of the Customs Act, 1962 challenging the order dated 20th June 2011 passed by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (for short "the Tribunal"). 2.

The Appellant seeks an early hearing of the Appeal which has already been admitted on 17th September 2013, as the Appellant is 72 years of age.

In the above view, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Appeal to be on board in the week beginning 7th January 2019.
