By this Chamber Summons the petitioner no. 2 seeks to implead heirs and legal representatives of the original petitioner no.1 since deceased. He submits that

9-wp-721-2016 the proposed amendment does not in any manner seek to change the cause of action, but merely the change in the cause title. Accordingly, Chamber Summons is liable to be allowed. I pass the following order : (i) Chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. (iii) Amendment to be carried out in the respondents copy as well. (iv) Stand over as per CMIS.
