This petition is for letters of administration to the property and credits of late Tahera Gulam Hussain Merchant. The Petitioner is the son of the deceased. By the present Judges Order, the Petitioner seeks an order for opening of a locker held by the deceased jointly in the names of herself and the Petitioner's wife (since deceased). The order is sought for making of inventory of the contents of the locker and resealing of the locker and deposit of the keys of the locker with the Prothonotary and Senior Master. The other heirs and next of kin of the deceased have all given their consent for the order. The application is allowed. A separate Judges Order to that effect is signed by the Court.

Bank of India, Turner Road Branch, Bandra (West), Mumbai-400 050 is directed to forthwith act on this order and comply with the same.
