I have perused the valuation report dated 21st September, 2019 submitted by Shetgiri & Associates in respect of the moveables lying in the immoveable property inspected by the valuers. The reserve price is fixed at Rs.27 lacs. The earnest money deposit shall be 25% of the price. Official Liquidator's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (d).
