Further to the order dated 5th July 2018 read with orders dated 7th July 2018 and 27th July 2018, counsel for respondent states that the company has advertised the proposed withdrawal of the petition in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 28th July 2018 and relies on an affidavit of the advocate on record Mr.Rushil Mehta affirmed on 14th August 2018. The counsel states that he has not received any objection or claim opposing the proposed withdrawal.

In these circumstances, petition stands disposed in terms of the consent terms.
