The present Judge's Order is sought in pursuance of a grant in a petition for letters of administration to the property and credits of the deceased, Ganpat Sakharam Pawar. The grant was made on 8 October 2013. The Petitioner, who is the only legal heir and next of kin of the deceased, now proposes to transfer, convey and sell immovable property of the deceased, namely, a residential room in a building described in the Judge's Order, in accordance with the draft Agreement for Sale annexed to the affidavit in support. The application is allowed. A separate Judge's order is passed accordingly.
