Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of.
5.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties on the Review Petition.
6.
Having gone through the Review Petition as also the order dated 20th September, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 1408 of 2016 of which the review is sought, we are of the view that no case is made out to review the order. We have denied the reliefs claimed by the Petitioners in the Appeal before the High Power Committee taking into consideration that at the instance of the Petitioners who are individuals, the S.R.A. scheme cannot be set aside more particularly keeping in view the fact that the Society has not challenged the same and that the scheme has already been taken into effect long back of which the Petitioner No. 1 is already a beneficiary.
7.
The scope of review jurisdiction is extremely limited and the Petitioners have failed to make out a case for invoking the said jurisdiction.
8.
In the circumstances, we dismiss the Review Petition. (SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) (SHANTANU KEMKAR, J.) Vishal Parekar 2/2
