Heard. The Petition is under Section 10 of the Guardians and Wards Act. The Petitioners seek to be appointed guardians of the three minors, Omkar (today aged 12 years), Ayushi (today aged 9 years) and Ishita (today aged 3 years). The three minors are the children of Vijay and Kalinda Sakat, the son and daughter-in-law of the two Petitioners. Vijay died on 7th February 2018. Kalinda died on 13th January 2018. Copies of their death certificates are annexed. The Petition goes on to say that the minors have been living with the Petitioners since the death of their parents and that there are no other relatives to look after them. The two Petitioners are the paternal grandparents of the three minors. They are sufficiently solvent. They have no interest adverse to that of the minors. 30th October 2018

The publication or issuance of notice under the Guardians and Wards Act is waived.
