Mr Rui Rodriques, learned counsel for Respondent - University has placed on record the result of the said Petitioners after revaluation / re-checking.

All these Petitioners have passed the said examination. As such, nothing survives in these Petitions, they are disposed off. 3.
We place on record the efforts taken by Mr Rodriques for application of mind and using his good offices in sorting out the issue. Mr Sumeet Palsuledesai - Petitioner in W.P. (L) No.3412 of 2017 has approached this Court contending therein that the result after revaluation is not declared. Mr Rodriques has placed on record the result after revaluation. Even after revaluation, the Petitioner has not got sufficient marks and has failed.

Needless to state that if any of the Petitioners have also 2/3
appeared for the subject in which they have failed, since the Petitioner have now passed the examination, their appearance in the further examination shall be taken as cancelled. Writ Petition (L) No.3412 of 2017 is stood over to 20th December 2017.
