Mr. Ankit Lohia and Mr. Damodar in unison state that parties have arrived at an interim arrangement without prejudice to their respective rights and contention. Counsel tendered Minutes of Order to be passed. The Minutes of Order singed by the respective Advocates is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The same reads as under:- "1.
Both the above Appeals arise from an Order dated 29th September 2015 passed by the Company Law Board in Company Application No.145 of 2015 in Company Petition No.98/ 397/398/402/CLB / MB of 2013.

Both the Appeals can be disposed of, keeping all the issues on both sides open, which can be agitated at the final hearing of the said Company Petition, which is pending before NCLT Mumbai. Interim Orders passed in the Company Petition as modified by the Orders passed by this Hon'ble Court and Orders passed by the Hon'ble NCLT from time to time shall continue pending hearing and final disposal of the Company Petition before the Hon'ble NCLT. 3.
Accordingly, both the above Appeals are disposed of, with no order as to costs.

All the contentions of the parties are expressly kept open to be agitated before the NCLT Mumbai at the final hearing of the said Company Petition."
