Learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.4 have tendered consent terms duly signed by the parties and their Advocates. Same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

Mr. Dubey states that petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of petitioner's Aadhaar Card which is

Learned Counsel for 4th respondent states that Vrutika Praful Satra, Senior Vice President of respondent No.4 is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of her PAN Card which is taken on record and marked 'C' for identification.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner and 4th respondent submit that controversy between them is amicably settled in terms of the consent terms. Petitioner and 4th respondent admit and confirm correctness of the consent terms. Learned Counsel for the petitioner and 4th respondent submit that Petition may be disposed of in terms of consent terms by accepting undertakings given by petitioner and 4th respondent.

After hearing learned Counsel for the parties and after perusing consent terms between petitioner and respondent No.4, I am satisfied that controversy between petitioner and 4th respondent is lawfully settled in terms of consent terms. Undertakings given by the petitioner and 4th respondent are accepted. Petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms marked 'A'. Order accordingly.
