It is submitted by the learned Court Receiver that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 24th December, 2013, the Court Receiver has been discharged. By a letter dated 6th May, 2014, the Court Receiver has informed the learned advocate representing the petitioner of final settlement of account showing a sum of Rs.3795/- recoverable from the petitioner. The petitioner was requested to take inspection of the said final statement account and to deposit the amount within seven days from the date of receipt of the said letter. The petitioner however has neither taken inspection of the final 1/2

It is submitted by the learned Court Receiver that the petitioner has been served through its advocate. None appeared for the petitioner.

The Court Receiver's Report is made absolute in terms of paragraph 5(a) and 5(b). Both these amounts shall be paid by the petitioner to the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks from the date of communication of this order, without fail. 4.
The Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
