Mr.Chetan Shah, the Liquidator appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai pursuant to order dated 8.5.2018 states that the decree-holder viz. Trustees have not filed any claim with him but the bond-holders have filed the claim not only with him but with the Insolvency Resolution Professional as well. Mr.Shah states he was also the Insolvency Resolution Professional. Mr.Shah further states that the claim of the bond-holders has been admitted and each creditor will get such amount in accordance with Law. KJ
