Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. The Court Receiver appointed in the matter stands discharged without passing account. The Petitioner, however, will be liable to pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver within three weeks of the Court Receiver communicating such costs, charges and expenses to the Petitioner.
