This chamber summons is taken out on behalf of the plaintiff to delete the no.4 as he is expired and to bring on record respondent nos.1 and 2 as defendant nos.4(a) and 4(b). The counsel for the defendants who is also appearing for the respondents has no objection. In view of the above and in view of the averments contained in the affidavit in support, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (aa) and (b). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 1/3

The copy of the amended plaint to be served upon the newly added defendants within two weeks thereafter. Should the defendants wish to file any additional written statement, the same to be filed within two weeks from receiving the amended plaint.

The suit to be listed on 21.10.2015 for directions. In the meanwhile, parties to also file their respective affidavit of documents and also complete discovery and inspection.
