At the request of the Petitioner, by an order dated 17-03-2016, the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, was appointed Receiver in respect of the Suit vehicle. However, the Petitioner has till date not bothered to even lodge the said order with the Court Receiver. The Receiver has now filed the above Report seeking his discharge. The Petitioner is unable to explain its conduct. In view thereof, the Court Receiver is discharged for non-lodgment of the Petition and Order by the Petitioner Company. The Petitioner shall pay cost of this Report to the Court Receiver quantified at Rs.3,000/-. The Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 1/1
