Mr.Madon for petitioner states that the parties have, for the moment, settled the dispute and seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Mr.Madon also states that the understanding between the parties is if the settlement terms are not fulfilled, petitioner has the liberty to take out fresh proceedings for interim relief etc. Mr.Joshi has no objection.
