Mr. Manohar Chhabria appears in person. He seeks more time to engage new Advocates. This cannot continue indefinitely. Mr. Chhabria must make arrangements by 27th March 2015 to engage new Advocates.

In the meantime, there can be no possible objection to the grant of reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the
59-CRR-392-14.DOC Receiver's Report. The amount of Rs. 50 Lakhs is admittedly distributable between the four parties. The security charges of M/s. Rai Security Services from June 2005 till date must be paid. These are long overdue and in the amount of Rs. 5,25,000/-. This amount will be released to M/s. Rai Security Services on or before 16th March 2015. The amount of Rs. 50 Lakhs will be distributed amongst the parties to the suit in proportion to their respective share in the suit form and this will be done on or before 16th March 2015.

This disposes of the Court Receiver's Report. In addition, there will also be an order in terms of prayer clause (c). 4.
For the purposes of both prayers (a) and (b), the Prothonotary shall liquidate the amount invested by him sufficient to cover the payment of the security charges of M/s. Rai Security Services and the amount of Rs. 50 Lakhs required for distribution. 5.
