The Petitioner in the above Writ Petition has inter alia prayed for the following relief :

"(a) that this Court be pleased to order/ direct the Respondent to quash the ofer letter ref. No. A/CKE/1180/Gen/B & E dated 25/10/2019 issued to Ms. Vidya Gaddam whereby considering her structure to be shifted in the rehab building at Chikuwadi, Borivali (W) under Jogeshwari Caves Rehabilitation." The Petitioner has not bothered to join Ms. Vidya Gaddam though he has sought directions against the Corporation to quash the letter dated 25 th October, 2019 issued to Ms.Vidya Gaddam. The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner therefore seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to Pg 1 of 2

9.wpl.3337.2019.doc file a fresh Writ Petition if so advised. The Writ Petition is , therefore, allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.
