ORDER :

By this Interim Application, the Applicant/Original Beneficiaries has sought an order for final payment with accrued interest till date in the Balance Certificate issued by the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay on 27th July, 2023 standing in the name KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV of Applicant/Petitioner No.1 as Beneficiary bearing Nos. A Sr. by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2024.01.24 18:45:12 +0530 No.4631, Ledger No.43, A.R. No.8 and Petitioner No.2 as Beneficiary 1/3

bearing Nos. A Sr. No.4632, Ledger No.43, A.R. No.8. Further relief is sought for Applicants be allowed to receive the amounts standing in the account in their names.

The present Interim Application being taken out in view of the letter received from the office of the Accounts Officer, High Court (O.S.), Bombay, being letter dated 23rd March, 2023 directing the Applicants to claim the unclaimed amount deposited in this Court by the Petitioner to the name of the Applicants as Beneficiaries. 3.

Having considered the averments in the present Interim Application as well as said letter dated 23rd March, 2023 as well as Certificate of Balance issued by the Accounts Officer in this Court annexed at Exhibit-C, the relief sought for in the Interim Application is granted. Hence, the following order is passed: (i) The Applicants are permitted to receive in their names as Beneficiaries final payment with accrued interest till date as per Balance Certificate issued by the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay on 27th July, 2023 standing in the names of Applicant/Petitioner No.1 as Beneficiary bearing Nos. A Sr. No.4631, Ledger No.43, A.R. No.8 and 2/3

Petitioner No.2 as Beneficiary bearing Nos. A Sr. No.4632, Ledger No.43, A.R. No.8.
