The present review petition is filed for recalling the order dated 31st March 2015, passed by us in Appeal (ld.) No.688 of 2014 [Appeal No.316 of 2015]. The learned Counsel patilsr 1 / 2

appearing for the review Petitioner does not dispute that the order dated 31st March 2015 was challenged before the Apex Court by filing special leave petition, being SLP No. 15206 of 2015. The said SLP is dismissed. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that he has filed an application before the Apex Court for recalling of the said order and the said application is pending. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this review petition. 3.

Be that as it may, otherwise also we do not find any ground is made out for review of the order. Review petition has no merit. In that view of the matter, review petition is dismissed.
