Further to the order dated 1st October 2016, the applicant has filed further affidavit affirmed on 10th October 2016. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support and in the further affidavit, the order dated 26th November 2014 is recalled. The suit is restored to file.

The notice of motion disposed accordingly.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that he has complied with the directions contained in paragraph 1 of the order dated 12th March 2014 and also it has been served upon the defendants.
