Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder : "(a)that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Plaintiff to give inspection of the documents referred to and relied upon by the Plaintiff and also furnish Xerox copies thereof to the Defendants including the documents set out in the list of Documents annexed Exhibit I Schedule to the Affidavit in support;" ssp 1/2
