Today when the matter was called out for framing issues, none appears on behalf of the Plaintiffs. It has been brought to my attention that by an order dated 12th February, 2014, the Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master had discharged the Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Plaintiffs. An affidavit of service, proving service upon the Plaintiffs, was also filed and taken on record. Despite this, no new Advocate has been appointed on behalf of the Plaintiffs and no authorized representative or any other person has appeared on behalf of the Plaintiffs.

Even when Notice of Motion No. 78 of 2013 was filed in the above suit, the Advocate appearing on behalf of the Plaintiffs informed the Court that the Plaintiffs were not coming forward to give any instructions to their advocate.

In view thereof, the Notice

31- Suit 2599 of 2012 of Motion was also dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Looking to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it appears that the Plaintiffs are not interested in prosecuting the above suit. In these circumstances, the suit is dismissed for want of prosecution.
