Heard. Both the Counsel submit that the matters are pending before the Conciliation Officer at Mumbai and the next date is 15.12.2020. They submit that let the Conciliation Officer decide the same as early as possible. They submit that liberty be granted to file additional documents before the Conciliation Officer.

Hence, by consent of the parties, the following order is passed:

a.

Liberty granted to the parties to file their documents/pleadings before the Conciliation Officer on or before 02.12.2020.

b.

Both the parties shall remain present before the Conciliation Officer on 15.12.2020, for hearing. c.

The Conciliation Officer shall conciliate the matters on 15.12.2020 or in any case on or before 15.01.2021.

d.

The statement made by the learned counsel for the Union that the Union has decided to postpone their strike, indefinitely, is accepted.

e.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open. f.

The Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. g.

No order as to costs.
