After this petition was rejected yesterday, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner mentioned the matter and sought permission to withdraw the matter. However, the prayer was not considered yesterday as the learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No.2 was not given notice. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner got the papers produced with the notice to the learned Additional Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2.
