The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Respondent Corporation on instructions withdraws the impugned notice dated 11 th November, 2019 issued by the Corporation (Page 236A to the Petition). He further undertakes to follow the procedure prescribed under the Maharashtra Nursing Homes Registration Act, 1949. The undertaking is accepted. This order shall not prejudice any of the contentions of the parties in Writ Petition No.3054 of 2018, which Petition shall be decided on its own merits. In the event of the Petitioner starting nursing home activities, she shall not claim any equity at the time of Admission/hearing of Writ Petition No.3054 of 2018 fled by the Respondent No.6.
