Ms. Mahant, learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions of the Petitioners, who are present in Court, makes a statement that in the event, period till 15th February, 2019, is granted to the Petitioners to vacate the premises in their possession, in that case, she will not press the above

Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent No.7 and learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 make a statement that if the Petition is not pressed, they will not disturb the possession of the respective premises of the Petitioners, till 15th February, 2019. Statement accepted. 3.
In the light of the above, we dispose of the above Petition, by passing following order:- a) We dispose of the above petition, as not pressed; b) The Respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall not disturb the possession of the respective premises of the Petitioners, till 15th February, 2019. However, the Petitioners shall hand over the possession of their respective premises on 16th February, 2019 to the Respondent Nos.2 to 4;
c) It is made clear, that the Petitioners would be at liberty to accept either the transit accommodation or rent in lieu thereof, from the Respondent No.7.
