For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed and the Plaintiff is granted liberty to amend the Plaint in terms of the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons along with the consequential amendments within a period of one week from today. All contentions of the Defendants are kept open.
