There are two petitioners before this court. Petitioner No.1 is Shaikh Faiyaz Ahmed @ Fruitwala and the second petitioner is Kutbuddin Lokhandwala.

It is said that petitioner no. 2 is present in court and has identified himself. He says that they do not wish to continue with Mr.C.K.Tripathi as the advocate for the petitioners and wish to discharge him.

Let needful be done by these petitioners on or before 20th January, 2020. If that is done, the petition be listed on 22nd January, 2020 on the "Supplementary Board". If there is no compliance, the petition to stand dismissed without any further reference to court.
