This report seeks directions of the court for opening of a sealed offer received by the Official Liquidator towards sale of the immovable property of the company in pursuance of a sale notice. The property consists of a flat in Pune. The purchaser is present before this Court in person. He tenders a letter dated 17 November 2016 addressed to the Official Liquidator communicating withdrawal of his offer and requesting for return of his demand draft sent along with his offer. In the premises, there is no question of opening of the sealed offer. The Official Liquidator is directed to return the sealed envelope containing the offer to the bidders, Bhaskar Kekane and Vanita Veer.

sat 2/2 olr 404-2016.doc The Official Liquidator, accordingly, returns the sealed envelope to the bidders, Bhaskar Kekane and Vanita Veer, who acknowledge the receipt of the same.

The Official Liquidator's report, in the premises, in terms of prayer clause (c), which seeks directions to make one more attempt to sell the immovable property by private treaty as mentioned therein, is allowed. The Official Liquidator is directed to advertise the sale on his website sometime in the month of January 2017 and make an attempt to sell the property in terms of prayer clause (c).

The report is disposed of accordingly.
