Perused Affidavit in Support. Heard Ld Counsel for the Applicant. He has submitted that Petitioner could not pay court fees due to financial difficulty, therefore, Petition was rejected. Now Petitioner is ready to pay court fees. Ld.

Counsel for the Applicant made statement that Petition is uncontested, which is taken on record.

Since matter is uncontested, contention of the Applicant needs to be accepted.

Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.
