The present Notices of motion are filed by the applicants for early hearing of the petitions Nos.202 of 2010 and 2127 of 2010. In view of the earlier order dated September 27, 2010 passed by this Court, we are satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for allowing these Notices of Motion. Hence the following order:- i) The registry is directed to place the Writ Petition No.202 of 2010 and Writ Petition No.2127 of 2010 for final hearing in the weekly board as per its turn.
