In view of the Sheriff's Report No. 59 of 2018, Chamber Summons (L) No. 1084 of 2018 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Prayer clause (a) of the Sheriff's Report is infructuous. There will be an order in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the Sheriff's Report.

The Sheriff's Report and the Chamber Summons (L) No. 1084 of 2018 are disposed of in these terms.

The Execution Application and all pending Chamber Summonses are also disposed of accordingly.
