The parsi suit seeks divorce under Section 32B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936. The parties have filed Consent Terms along with the suit affirming that due to irreconcilable differences and incompatibility, their marriage has broken down and can no longer be continued and the parties have, accordingly, agreed to dissolve their marriage under Section 32B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936 by an order and decree of this Court in accordance with the Consent Terms. The parties have filed their respective affidavits dated 11 December 2017 affirming their separate residence since December 2015, i.e. for a period of over one year. The parties have reaffirmed their agreement for dissolution of marriage in accordance with the Consent Terms. Their belongings, including jewelery, have been exchanged and they have no claim against each other. The parties, accordingly, pray for dissolution of marriage. The affidavits are taken on record in lieu of the respective examinations-in-chief of the parties. The suit is, accordingly, Pg 1 of 2

sg ps22-17.doc decreed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the plaint. The marriage between the parties solomonised on 26 November 1994, accordingly, stands dissolved as of today.
